Beside those beautiful polo shirts, we would also like to share with you our experience on how to make a new polo shirt:
Firstly, the marketing team discussed three times in the design process, including the selection of suppliers, fabric selection, logo sizes and cuff size etc.
Secondly, we selected three suppliers from many suppliers. We ask suppliers to provide us with samples. The marketing team double check the comfort of fabric, the appearance of polo shirt. Final, we selected the two suppliers with the best quality.
Finally, we selected two suppliers, A and B company. They made a quotation for 1000pcs
Although A company was more expensive than B company by $ 1, the delivery time could be guaranteed within 15 days. And they provided a special support that buy 100pcs get 1 free. Finally, we cooperated with A company.
After several round comparison, the fabric was adopted the ice silk cotton, it feels better than 100% cotton. Neckline and cuffs were used of non-deformable fabric. It can effectively avoid the deformation. The polo shirt was printed with customized FENIXWAY logo.
