Another Positive Feedback about Valor 85

FENIXWAY has released many super strong tires such as VALOR 85, VALOR 99, FUERTE 88, FUERTE 89, etc. As one of those products, VALOR 85 received a lot of positive feedback. For example, the one we shared with you previously in a quarry of the Andes mountain areas in

South America. Just a few days ago, we got another positive feedback. Our dealer held a competition between FENIXWAY

VALOR 85 and CONTINENTAL HDC1. Below are the mounting pictures:

Before we discuss the final testing result, we would like to share the story of how we conducted the testing of VALOR 85. Due to the epidemic, the fleet owner plans to test the new brand to save more operating costs. The fleet has around 300 trucks. And they only use CONTINENTAL.

When we knew that the customer was planing to change tire brand, our local dealer conducted many on-site visits, checked the performance of the products being used, and road conditions, etc. At the same time, we learned that they need technical support and after-sales services as well.

According to these specific questions, we discussed with the local dealer and provided the following solutions. The technical team carefully checked the customer’s working conditions.

1. One-way distance: 60kms with round trip, 4-5 trips/day, 26 days/ month

2. Speed: 60kms-70kms

3. Road condition: 90% on road, 10% off road

4. Loading capacity: standard loading5. Pressure: 115PSI

Considering these working conditions, our engineers recommend this fleet owner use VALOR 85 to challenge CONTI HDC1. Why do the engineers recommend VALOR 85? Firstly, more steel cords are used on the carcass and bead area to assure a stronger tire body with retreaded ability. Secondly, the reinforced bead and sidewall enhance the durability. Last but not the least, the special formula improves wear resistance for longer mileage.

Meanwhile, our local dealer provided the following technical supports.

1. Constantly tracking data and monitoring the mileage and performance of FENIXWAY and CONTINENTAL.

2. Checking tire pressure twice a month.

3. Providing change and retread tire services.

After several months of running the truck, the remaining OTD is the same as CONTI around 13mm.

After almost ten months of testing, the estimated total mileage comparison of FENIXWAY and CONTI is as below. The fleet owner said that it will be an amazing result. The positive performance overturned his previous understanding of FENIXWAY.

The estimated calculation of CPKM data & mileage per mm is as follows:

In the beginning, they didn’t have enough confidence in FENIXWAY because they believe FENIXWAY is still unable to compete with tier-one brand. However, the tracking data shows that the CPK of FENIXWAY VALOR 85 is much lower than CONTINENTAL HDC1. The fleet owner is very satisfied with the performance of FENIXWAY. So far, they have replaced all HDC1 with VALOR 85.
